Hello fellow Democrats with disabilities

I have Tourette Syndrome, OCD, and anxiety. 

Living with Tourette’s has given me the unique perspective of life with a disability. 

After publishing two books, I went on to do multiple public speaking gigs, and later serve as Vice President of the Hillsborough County Democratic Disability Caucus in Tampa, Florida. 

After leaving Florida I found my home in Bennington, Vermont.

• Bennington County Democratic Party delegate

• VDP state committeeman

• I previously served as Chair of the Vermont State Rehabilitation Council (SRC) which works with and informs HireAbility (formerly Vermont Vocational Rehabilitation). This role was instrumental in my entering disability politics, as it were, in Vermont. 

• I also served as Chair of the Advocacy, Education, and Outreach Committee and as Vice Chair of the SRC.

I now proudly serve as Chair of the Vermont Democratic Disability Caucus (VDDC), a role that I hope will lead the VDDC to greater heights in electing, advocating for, and supporting the causes of Vermont’s disabled population.
